Sales Staff Take Aggressive Approach to Australian Market
Aggressive marketing beginning in 2001 has helped ECLIPSE steadily increase sales in Australia. In April of 2006, ECLIPSE introduced AVN navigation products to meet Australia’s growing demand for navigation equipment. In October 2007, ECLIPSE will release in Australia the long-awaited AVN2210p featuring detachable navigation.

  Communication is the key
Invited to these product launches are not only dealer-owners but also sales personnel and installation staff. All are instrumental to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. By emphasising the importance of communication, the Sales Staff help promote a full understanding of the AVN2210p product.

It’s essential that dealers fully understand all user benefits made possible by AVN2210p so that these benefits can be highlighted during the sales process. In this regard, the Sales Staff is in complete alignment with the philosophy, direction and strategies of the ECLIPSE brand. Only through a close and trusting relationship with dealers can the ECLIPSE brand continue to penetrate the Australian market.
