How can I make adjustment on picture quality during a playback of a DVD movie?

When a DVD movie is showing onscreen, press and hold the CTRL button a little longer than usual and the screen will show picture quality contro buttonsl such as Brightness, Contrast, Tint, Color. (NOTE: "Tint" adjustment is only possible on NTSC video.)
