Selected by CES as a 2007 Innovations Honoree, the AVN2210p was first shown to the press at the CES Unveiled Press Event held at the Venetian Hotel. Following this, the AVN2210p was displayed in the special CES Innovations Area in the Sands Convention Center. During CES, ECLIPSE was notified that the AVN2210p was selected to receive one of the prestigious Editors' Choice Awards from Popular Mechanics magazine. Michael West, marketing director, received the award from Jim Meigs, editor-in-chief, at a special presentation event held by this eminent publication right in the Las Vegas Convention Center. The ECLIPSE car navigation AVN2210p, joined the rank of winners that included products from Microsoft, Intel, Sony, Panasonic and LG.
